Yes, the IRP allows inclusion of key items such as the corporate org chart, key customer contacts needed during an incident along with modification of the CyberHinge/IRP actions and supporting materials.

Why, because CyberHinge/IRP is NOT shelfware. Yes, similar to it’s ability to be modified or extended, CyberHinge/IRP is open to being connected to authorized APIs.

CyberHinge/IRP is hosted offsite and separately from the customers network. Because the IRP is out-of-band (OOB) it is insulated from any current attack or event in progress.

No, although having a fully documented system is helpful, CrewChange has been used on systems with NO documentation. CrewChange uses a documentation methodology to create Operational/Functional Tranining/documentation for the major application systems functionality  (est 80%).
